Getting the Most From Your Toronto MLS Listings Search

You’ll save a lot of time when you use my direct link to the Toronto MLS listings. This link will take you to a search grid specifically for Greater Toronto. Real estate listings can then be defined by the criteria you enter.

When the screen opens, you’ll have two options. You can choose “Community Keyword Search” or “Search Checked Areas.”

Using Keywords to Search the Toronto MLS Listings

The community keyword search will allow you to enter specific keywords (such as “condos in Central Toronto”). Any matches within the Toronto MLS listings will be returned based on that particular phrase. While this search can be helpful, I personally recommend using the other option.

Search Toronto Real Estate Listings by Area

You can use the chart on the left side of the screen to select the area or areas you are interested in. Choose as many as you would like then click “search checked areas.” You’ll be taken to a new screen.

Here you can select your preferences for home type, minimum and maximum price, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, and scenic view. Available Toronto real estate listings will be returned based on what you have selected.

When you click “View Listings” at the top of the page, the Toronto real estate listings that matched your criteria will be shown. You’ll also be provided with a picture of the property along with the price and list of amenities.

NOTE: Although you will see an agent’s name associated with each property, it is not necessary to contact that person for a viewing. I am able to show and sell any property you find in the Toronto MLS listings.
